Elaine Chong is a 37-year-old Malaysian iGaming analyst and founder from Kuala Lumpur. Before founding CasinoFX.net, she spent several years studying how online gambling platforms function in Southeast Asia, especially in Malaysia’s rapidly developing online gambling industry.

Elaine found it frustrating that casino review websites would operate as loudspeakers for casino operators. They promoted gambling platforms using copy-pasted flashy banner advertisements, disregarded any fine print with predatory clauses, and recommended platforms that they themselves never deposited anything to.

With an intention to break the mold, Elaine founded CasinoFX.net as a platform that would provide completely unbiased audit. The goal of her project was to provide Malaysians with the pure truth about gambling platforms, including what to expect in terms of payouts, as well as mathematical analyses of their promotions.
